- Hedi Adahmani, Tantra Kundalini Yoga teacher and Radical Honesty Practitioner

- Mahela-Seraina Thanei, therapist, aroma consultation and personality development - founder of the practice "per corp ed orma"

3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Opening Circle and theoretical input on the energy centers in the body (chakras)

4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Immerse yourself in the world of essential oils, workshop with Mahela

5.20 p.m. - 6.30 p.m. Mukta Tantra Yoga with Hedi

6.45 p.m. - 7.30 p.m. Sound meditation with jasmine

Snacks, tea, nuts and fruit are available to you throughout the event.

Lunch: Soup or a vegetable tart

1:50 p.m. - 2:10 p.m. Yoga Nidra with Hedi

2:10 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Sound meditation

3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Closing Circle
