Where do the carpets come from?

-The carpets come from different areas of Morocco. Each region has its own “specialties”. There is usually a region that has the same name as the type of carpet, for example Azilal. This region is located in the Atlas east of Marrakech.

Where are they delivered from?

-The carpets are stored in Switzerland (Davos, GR) and are delivered from here. Individual carpets are available from Collab in Zurich (this can be seen in the product description) or in the showroom in Munich.

How long does it take until the carpet I purchased arrives at my home?

This depends on the payment method and country.

For Switzerland:

-If you pay by credit card (Stripe) and Paypal, the carpet will be sent via Swiss Post within 1-3 working days. This means that the carpet will be at your doorstep after 3-5 working days.

-If you make a bank transfer, the carpet will be sent via Swiss Post after receipt of payment. The faster the transfer arrives, the faster the carpet can be sent. This usually takes 4-7 working days from the day the order is placed.

Order from abroad:

-The carpet will be sent via Swiss Post after receipt of payment. This usually takes 6-10 working days from the day the order is placed.

How do you clean your new favorite carpet?

-If possible, always air it out or put it in the sun

-Easy vacuuming

-If there is a stain, immediately wipe the stain gently with a damp cloth and a little soap

-If you want to clean with water: Large terrace on a nice day, put a bucket of water over it and rub it with a little soap, then over it again with water, wring it out as best as you can and pull it up in the middle (center of the carpet) and like a little hat let dry in the sun

Faulty carpets?

-The carpets are 100% NOT from China or India, but are handmade by Berber women from Morocco! This means that they are not perfectly machined and may have small errors such as slight waves at the beginning (which will subside over time), repairs to the buttons, a wrong thread inserted somewhere, etc. This should clearly be seen as a plus, because it shows that it was created by human hands and ultimately gives it a certain charm.

Exchange?

-You are welcome to exchange the carpet you ordered. Send back your first choice and let us know which one you would like instead. If there is a difference in the price, this will be settled.

Refund?

-You can send the carpet back to us within 7 days. Since we are a small company and care deeply about our customers and products, we charge CHF 50 for the effort. You will receive the remaining amount back into your account.
