Sanftes Yoga und Meditation DAVOS

This evening you will leave your stress behind and be guided
- to create a moment of deep relaxation and connection with yourself and others,
- to listen to your body, to feel into it,
- and allow conscious insight into your needs.

The evening will take place in a wonderful atmosphere in the Hedi Adahmani showroom and will consist of Kundalini Yoga, Tantra exercises and meditation.

Feel present with all your senses and deeply connected to yourself.

The course is led by Hedi Adahmani, Mukta Tantra & Kundalini Yoga teacher.
